Well, AG officially announced retirements on Facebook recently.

Marie-Grace, Cecile, Ruthie, and Ivy….

I think it’s crazy. MG and Cecile have been here for only 2 1/2 years, maybe longer.

And Ivy? Well….. I don’t know. I love her and I was going to get her someday.

Ruthie? Hmm…. I wasn’t going to get her. I like her but I don’t own Kit, so yeah.

  4. IDK what’s up with AG. They’re changing so much and I don’t really like it. I’m glad that Samantha is coming back, but I’m worried that she won’t be the same. Same thing about Kit, I looked at her new book cover and it looks like she’s a girly girl! Same with Sam. I think the only thing about BeForever I like is that there might be a 50’s doll coming out. I wish AG could just come out with new dolls and not retire old ones. Sorry if this was too long 🙂

  5. I’m not all for the BeForever thing. But I’m not against it. Maybe AG was loosing money by carrying the BF dolls and Marie-Grace and Cecile. We don’t really know. Or maybe they were making room for that new HC coming out soon (can’t wait for that 😀 ).
    And I don’t mean to offend anyone, this is just my opinion 🙂

  6. IDIOTS!!!!! OH WELL LETS RETIRE FOUR DOLLS AT ONE TIME! THANKS, AMERICAN GIRL! Awesome dolls and company, not great choices, AG.
    Sorry if you LIKE “Be Forever” but I think it’s the worst choice AG ever made. URRRRGGGGGGGG!
